How to make fishball sauce

fishball-sauceEver wondered how those yummy fishball or squidball sauce is made? Luckily my friend was willing to share her secret recipe with us. I suggest that you go and buy a pack of fishball or squidball and have a go at making this sauce. Enjoy!



1 tablespoon vinegar

 3 tablespoons soy sauce

6 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 cup water

1 teaspoon hotsauce (optional, add this if you want the sauce to be hot )


Mix ingredients in a saucepan.

Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thick.

Transfer to a bowl and serve with deep fried fishball or squidballs.
