4 whole eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1-1/2 cup water
Sift flour and cornstarch into a bowl. Combine egg and water into flour and cornstarch in a bowl.
Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter into pan, and quickly move pan or skillet to evenly coat with a thin layer.
Cook until wrapper is golden on the bottom and dry (the edges would separate from the pan).
