This dish is definitely a must-try. The mayonnaise makes it richer, tastier and creamier.
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chopped chilli
2 kgs pork (pre-boiled, fried and chopped)
1 kg pork liver (fried and chopped)
2 tbsp liquid seasoning/soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi/lemon
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Saute onion, chilli and chopped meat in oil.
Season with liquid seasoning, calamansi and ground black pepper.
Turn heat off and toss mayonnaise into sisig.
Serve on sizzling plate or platter.
